"Petropavlovsk Heating Networks" LLP is the power transferring organization which primary activity is to transfer and distribution of thermal energy, operation of thermal networks, providing a steady heat supply of the city of Petropavlovsk.

The enterprise carries out transportation of thermal energy for 67,122 thousand subscribers of household sector of the city and 2172 subscribers of industrial, budgetary, commercial and other consumers.

Extent of thermal networks of the enterprise makes 231,526 km across Petropavlovsk and has on the balance:

• The main pipelines – 83,759 km;
• Distributive pipelines – 149,588 km;
• Pump stations – 52 pieces.

For activity implementation on transfer and distribution of thermal energy of "Petropavlovsk Heating Networks" LLP has the services providing operation and maintenance of the equipment, labor protection and safety measures.

Activity of the enterprise is carried out on the basis of the state licenses:

1. No. 000161, given-out APEM PK of 24.02.99 on transfer and distribution of thermal energy, the license was renewed on the 28th of July,2008;
2. No. 002209, RK of 24.02.99 given out MEIMR on repair of the pipelines working under pressure of higher than 0,7 kg/cm2, the license is renewed on the 1st of August, 2008;
3. No. 011281, given-out ADS and housing and communal services of 28.03.03 on occupation by installation and construction works, date of issue of the appendix to the license is the 16th of July, 2012.
